For local customers (Brighton & Hove) delivery is FREE on orders of £50 and over, otherwise a cost of £2.95 will be charged. National deliveries to a single address in mainland UK with orders of up to 12 bottles will cost £7.95 and £13.95 for orders of 12-24 bottles. Unfortunately, at present we can not take or deliver orders outside mainland U.K. If you live locally to Brighton & Hove, in most cases we can deliver the same day, but please call us on 01273 776 096 to confirm this or leave a message (note for seller) with details on check out and we will get back to you.
Unless advised otherwise, you will normally receive your delivery within two to three working days* after placing your orders, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
*You should allow at least five to ten working days for delivery to the Scottish Highlands.
Please note: We operate a signature service on all deliveries.
Goods can be left unsigned for, but you must specify this during checkout, with instructions on where to leave the goods should you be out. Any goods that have been left according to instruction and not delivered over the recipients threshold are left at the senders risk and twenty one wines will not accept responsibilities for lost, stolen or broken goods.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
