Organic grapes grown from the “old vineyard”, a plot on the southern side of Großriedenthal with records dating back to the Middle Ages, its loamy löss soil prized for exceptional Grüner Veltliner. Martin scrupulously selects the very best grapes he can find for this wine, harvesting late into October. Wild fermentation in old earthenware vessels, then rests for two months in acacia wood barrels.

Pink roast saddle of lamb with rosemary roasted potatoes is a left-field choice, otherwise very versatile.
